Sittong is famous for its orange cultivation and production. in every home the cultivation of oranges are done. It is 76 kilometers away from New Jalpaiguri Station situated beside Riyang River. Apart from enjoying oranges Sittong offers local sightseeing and adventure for the tourist. The hospitality of lovely people, orange orchards with different species of birds, Sittong is one of the rare known and offbeat place of North Bengal. Long nature walks can be enjoyed along the villages and traditional lifestyle of Lepchas can be seen.
Whereas, Chatakpur village situated within the Senchal Wildlife Sanctuary is located at an altitude of 7887 ft. It is surrounded by Mt. Kanchenjunga on the north side and on the south side resides the meandering river gorge Relli Khola and beautiful green valley. The place is famous among tourists for offering the most majestic view of the snow-capped Mt. Kanchenjunga, forest trails, lush greenery, and wooden cottages.

Day 1 : On arrival, meet and greet at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport then transfer to Sittong (2,200 ft) via Sevoke, Kalijhora, Mungpoo. It will take around 3-3:30 hours to cover 65 kilometer route. Enjoy your time amongst Orange orchard.

Day 2 : After taking bed tea, proceed for Ahaldara View Point, Salamander Lake. Back to lodge for breakfast. Post breakfast, visit Lepcha Church (150 years old), Lepcha Falls, Lush Tea Garden, Teesta View Point. On a clear day, Mount Kanchenjunga can be visible from here. Back to your lodge and free for leisure.

Day 3 : After early breakfast, check out from Sittong and proceed to Chatakpur. After arrival, check into homestay and lunch will be served. After that, enjoy the beauty of nature of Chatakpur.

Day 4 : After breakfast, you will be transferred to New Jalpaiguri Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport via Kurseong.

  • Family wise room will be provided. Single traveler will have to pay Rs. 1,500 per night extra room rent if he/she occupies One Double Bedroom alone.
  • For booking, guests are requested to pay 30% advance amount of Total Tour Package Cost. Then, 40% amount of Remaining Balance to be paid 30 days prior to the date of journey. Last instalment, i.e Remaining 30% amount to be paid by Guest before the date of drop at Destination.
